Warranty, Calibration and after-sales;

The standard Warranty is a 12 months free repair at Bedford.The Tester to be returned to Bedford and back to the customer at customer’s expense. Some specialist modules and parts may have a lesser warranty and these lesser terms will apply. If repair is requested at the customer’s site, then a charge is made only for the normal travel and hotel expenses.

After the 12 months, our standard charges apply for repair, calibration etc..
